1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files that a web server stores in your browser when you visit a website. They serve to ensure the functionality of the site, improve it, and in some cases for analytics or marketing purposes.
2. What cookies we use
Strictly necessary cookies
Required for the basic functionality of the website and cannot be disabled. This includes, for example, storage of your cookie decision (daligence_cookie_consent in localStorage).
Legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — without these the website does not function.
Analytics cookies (if introduced in the future)
Help us understand how visitors use the website — which pages are most visited, how long they stay. Activated only with your explicit consent.
Legal basis: consent of the data subject, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 109(8) of Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on electronic communications.
Marketing cookies
We currently do not use any marketing or third-party tracking cookies.
3. Consent and withdrawal
On your first visit, we will display a banner where you can either accept all cookies or allow only strictly necessary ones. You can change your decision at any time by deleting the stored cookies and data in your browser — the banner will reappear on your next visit.
4. How to manage cookies in your browser
You can delete or block cookies at any time directly in your browser settings:
Please note that fully blocking cookies may limit website functionality.
